How many times we have to attend those dull, boring and unrelated meeting? Prevent yourself from daydreaming, and stay focus on the topic of the meeting by taking notes. Why? Because taking notes engages your mind and you can always save those important point of the meeting (although it might not relevant now, but you’ll never know,right?)
